“Unbelievable — amazing service and products bought, and the fastest cashback ever” is how one TopCashback member described their experience after choosing to write a Sky Broadband review. They are far from being alone in singing the retailer’s praises as you will find plenty of other positive remarks in the Sky Broadband reviews below.

Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. its been 17 weeks with me and still no cashback done my order on 22nd of febuary.. cashback as come in this month for transactions in febuary but it looks like mine was not in there as wrote to topcashback and told me to wait a few more weeks.

Dispicable company, despicable customer services, if you do get any cash back it will be downgraded, you will never get your voucher, Any problemss with Sky you will be on the phone for days not just hours.

Tried a whole of Broadband services but came back to Sky as they offer one of the best! Maybe not in terms of customer service, but I never needed them. As for cash back, it all tracked well but took a long long time to pay out. Probably about 6+ months!

Ok, so Finially will leave my review..... I upgraded to Sky Fibre last Febuary, not Febuary past but Febuary 2012. I find skys service excellent, their broadband is fast and customer service good also. However, 1 year and 4 months later I am STILL waiting on my cashback.... this I find unacceptable.

18 weeks on and still waiting for cashback! Readng reviews that others have received theirs much quicker. When contacting top cashback, you get the same standard answer. Not at all happy.

another one here, installed on the 27th Feb so has passed the average cash back date......so looking back through these reviews and everyone saying the same thing surely your averages are wrong? i dont understand how the information says We last received a payment from this merchant during April 2014, for transactions in January 2014......its now June!? im pretty sure that has changed also as i recall seeing it say received May for Feb as i was wondering why mine wasnt included. still a great deal just dont expect the cash back in a hurry

Happy with the product and with the level of cashback but disappointed it's now week 18 and cashback shown as confirmed but not yet payable. I get that it isn't TCB's fault and that the 13 weeks is a guide/estimate but frustrating to see others paid on here while I'm still waiting. Accept I have to be patient since the value is good but disappointing a major company is so slow.

Hi there, I am sorry to hear that this has just passed the estimated payable speed, we are only able to provide estimates based on the previous payout speed of the merchant so it can sometimes take that bit longer for the cashback to come through, but please be assured that once received, you will see this amount applied to your account right away. Rated as 5 so this is seen and others can be warned. I was supposed to get £100 m&s voucher and cashback...not received either. This is 14 weeks later, very disappointed, only switched for the cashback as a cracking deal! Keep emailing sky and get no response not very happy.

I was hoping to get the cashback, within three months, but its now June and nothing, SKY has been really slow with this. I had it installed in January, maybe I will get by the time it makes one year!!!! Topcashback is great, nothing to fault them.

Very disappointed with Sky. Cashback should have been available by now after waiting 5 months. What actions are taken by TopCashback on vendors who delay payments for no reason?

the cash back for sky is taking to long to sort out.. i only joined through top cash back to get the sky cash back offer But it seems that top cash back don't pay. my cash back is confirmed but hasnt been made payable and reading the other reviews i doubt ill receive my cash back

Have been waiting over 11 months for my cashback now and have still not received anything. It was initially confirmed and after a number of months the amount went to 0.00. A manual cashback claim was raised and has now passed the estimated payable date and still no sign of the money. A quick glance through the comments and reviews shows this is a very common issue, so no idea how they can state a 99% satisfaction rate!

17 weeks on the clock and still no cashback. It was confirmed months ago but still not payable. Sky's broadband services are exceptional though. Hardly had a dropped connection in 4 months (well! maybe once), but great speeds. Just disappointed with the TCB-Sky tie up and the cashback scam.

First no acknowledgement; then declined challenge; then they confirmed the right amount, swithced it to half the amount, and I'm still waiting for even that to be paid. Nearly 10 months. I'll just cancel sky and go with someone else at the end of the contract.

You will be able to view this by going to your Earnings page and selecting to view your 'cashback by date'. Ordered on 24/01/14, was messed around royally by Sky RE the installation (received an email two hours after the appt to install informing that they were re-arranging the appt) we'd waited in all morning!! Was supposed to be installed before my baba arrived, we were left without a service which was not good - mobile services not always reliable so we wanted new phone service etc in as the old one was cancelled in case of baba emergency. Dreadful customer service. and still waiting for cashback, has been approved for a while but still waiting to become payable. won't be renewing the service. (oh and only lasted 3 days and had to get a new dish!!!) Wouldn't recommend.

Had this installed in January 14 and had cashback confirmed but nothing paid. Seems to be happening with quite a lot of the merchants now. I've found it's now worth looking at the voucher and cashback offers the companies have direct as they are getting paid pretty quickly direct. Wondering whether it will ever show!!!

So disappointed with Sky. No problem at all with the product itself, but it was installed on 24th January and so far no cashback received. It's been 19 weeks. I think it is really poor to offer such a good cashback to get people to sign up, but then take months to pay, or even possibly never pay. I only signed up due to the cash back and now feel very let down by Sky.

Got my Sky back in January - still not had it made payable and we're pretty much in June (just a few days to go ;)) - that's about 19 weeks I only went for it because it worked out cheaper than my last deal. Anyway - pretty rubbish really. With the amount of people moaning about this - you'd think Topcashback would get it sorted
