They are far from being alone in singing the retailer’s praises as you will find plenty of other positive remarks in the Sky Broadband reviews below.

Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. Refused cashback even though I went through link, provided Sky with my Sky account number and everything. Was counting on cashback to make a Sky a viable option with tight household budgets, I know not guaranteed but Sky had no reason to decline cashback

Been over 15 weeks now for my money to come through. Quite disapointed as it was one of the main reasons I switched deals. Reading other reviews doesn't fill me with much confidence either

Purchase never tracked, raised claim, 6 weeks later receive automated generic email saying rejected. No attempt to ask me additional info to try and sort it out, nothing. Hardly The 'priority customer care' I pay £5 a year for! Never had any probs with tcb before earning over £1200 to date so very disappointed.

Sky are so frustrating as i still haven't received my cash back and this was the only reason i went with sky in the first place, give me strength. avoid at all cost

Bought my product in March this year. Sky says 13 weeks approx for cash back. It has now been 8 MONTHS. Will I ever see this cash back? It is looking highly unlikely! I am though forever optimistic.

This is the second purchase I have made from Sky through topcashback, I cannot fault Sky as they delivered my £100 Tesco voucher very promptly, the cashback however is another matter. It gets confirmed after your first direct debit and then you have to wait way past the 13 weeks estimate my last transaction took over 20 weeks. I shan't hold my breath on this one being paid before Christmas.

Abysmal cashback processing. Joined in June, cashback has sat as confirmed for months without ever moving to payable. We've been patient in waiting and now discovered through the help system on topcashback that it was too long ago to chase up. Very poor, best to avoid!

I have clicked through to sky on 2 occasions recently and both tracked and payable at 0.00 Don't think I will bother again. And one of the offers was if you upgraded to sky sports you would get broadband unlimited for free. Only just realised I'm paying full price so rang up and now they are saying the offer was half price .

Cash back was confirmed back in July still currently awaiting for the payment, which seems to be the case with many others. Was hoping to receive this cash back in time fro Christmas but it seems highly unlikely. Would be nice to get an update as to when it's likely I'll receive this.

Ordered Sky broadband in June and as far as I remember TCB went to confirmed reasonably quickly. The estimated payable date has been 13 weeks since ordering, which came up 2 months ago. Very poor service from Sky to leave customers waiting so long for their cashback. It's disappointing that TCB is not able to provide further details and updates as to what is going as as we are left in the dark for a considerable amount of money.

Hi there, the estimated payable speed does not count down so to speak, this will be 13 weeks from the date that you made your purchase. Sometimes, it can take longer than expected for the cashback to come through as we are only able to provide estimates, but please be assured that once this has been received, you will see your account updated to reflect this. This has been a joke seems to be a majority that are unhappy with the service received. I carried out the transaction back in July and had growing concerns when the payment was taking an age to become confirmed.Questioned topcash back and it finally became confirmed and told it would become payable quickly.When I questioned again I was told would take up to another 8 weeks! If the customer services cant agree on time scales what hope do I have of getting my cash back payed out any time soon.Will not be telling anyone to use this site as it has not been as easy or quick as I was lead to believe by customer services.

Cash back still not payable.. Signed up in July. Disappointed as changed provider for this good deal thinking money would come in handy towards Christmas presses :-(

Took out Sky on 7th June, took til 7th Oct to confirm, cashback, now saying it could take a further 13 weeks til I get the money. Great service from Sky and TopCashBack but only use if you dont mind waiting for the money.

Got my sky tv through top cash back and my cash back is still not payable after my estimated date. Ordered it on 1st August and it's now nov. Looking like I'm not getting it!!!

All of my cashback transactions with Sky have been declined and for no valid reason. Never again. These scammers should be removed from this site.

Hi, My cashback has been in 'Confirmed' stage for 17 weeks!!! Though i am still hopeful that one day it will move to 'Payable' stage as well in near future. Now SKY has increased the price as well which is fine given the service is overall good. I hope TCB will try to improve the cashback speed.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I purchased a simple phone line and broadback package in May 2014 and to date it hasn't even been tracked.

I an yet another topcashback customer waiting for cashback from Sky.....took out on 7 June, expected 13 weeks, then was told 30th September. now its 7th October and not even been confirmed. Very disappointing! Have used Topcashback a few times and never had any issues, and really enjoying having Sky, just disappointed with how long it is taking for the cashback to even be confirmed, I'll then probably be waiting a few weeks for it to payable!

Switched from plusnet to sky broadband as plusnet upload speed is horrible. Cashback didn't track initially but after putting in missing chasback claim it finally tracked after few months. so although delayed but am to see cashback has been paid as well as broadband is decent. Happy to use services of topcashback.
