Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. Absolutely appalling, I've been waiting since September and still no cashback! Very quick to take your money with an upgrade but fulfilling there end of the deal. I suggest topcashback sorts this out with this retailer as it is simply unacceptable!! Will be cancelling my subscription for broadband as soon as I can.

Hey, This has only just passed the estimate on your account which is the average payout time frame for the merchant. With this being an average there is a chance it will take slightly longer and therefore we ask members to allow 4-6 weeks after this before querying their cashback. I feel for you Mandy the only way you get a message posted is by leaving 5* on T.C I have also not had cashback waiting since nov. Sky score gone down to 3* so alot of people also fed up but not posted as only 5* get posted is that really right?

I am happy for other people getting there casbah, but I have been waiting since November. I will be cancelling Sky as soon as 12 months is up. not impressed at all!

Very poor, claim not tracked and then told merchant have not record of customer ID reference. Quite clearly I do I have Sky broadband, will be moving away from Sky asap, very unacceptable behaviour. No guarantee you will paid. Be aware

More than happy with the sky bundle I received but I still haven't received my cashback after waiting 30 weeks!! I purchased the sky bundle in August 2015 and the cashback has been confirmed for around a month now!! Getting fed up of waiting ??

Brilliant offer received £50 M&S vouchers which came really quick, free broadband for a year and £99.75 cashback which did take 5 months to clear but well worth the wait

Hey, Unfortunately we haven’t been paid cashback for your transaction yet which is why it hasn’t progressed. I can assure you the cashback network does chase up outstanding payments and gets them to us as soon as possible but this can sometimes take longer than the average merchant payout speed which is what the estimated payable date is. Really really disapointed with topcashback been a member for years and the service has gone downhill. I went through topcashback in september 2015 and I have nudged, reported issues with not tracking this purchase when t.c had clearly had a record of it. Now paying payments to sky who I'm also disapointed with.

Hey, I can see we are waiting to hear back about your claim. Unfortunately this means we haven’t had a reply back from the cashback network in regards to the cashback query. Queries do require a lot of manual thorough investigations but normally we expect to hear back within 12-16 weeks. Unfortunately if more investigations are required this can take longer but we would rather wait for an answer rather than prematurely decline a claim because a member would like the claim to be declined sooner.
