Waiting for cash back on electric since Aug 2019 (14 months) and gas since Dec 2019 (11 months) the gas has now been declined, no reason given and still using the gas account. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not rely on Simply Switch to pay out. Switched energy supplier early March and still no cashback. Transaction shows on Topcashback, I supplied transaction number and new energy providers details. Numerous nudges to Topcashback and still nothing, except we are looking into it. 8 months later and absolutely no progress, no help from Topcashback and best of luck anyone who uses Simply Switch, don`t hold your breath

Been waiting over 18 months and my transaction is still on the 'pending' stage. My wife had purchased a similar product through them 14 months ago and she too is on 'pending'!

I swithched energy supplier via SimplySwitch in March 2019. The casback appeared in my account as 'pending' fairly quickly after. But it has not moved to 'confirmed', let alone 'payable'! It is now 14 months later and no progress despite me raising a complaint with TopCashback. There is no justification for them not paying out - other than they don't want to! I would definitely avoid using them.

Currently in our 8th month waiting for our cash back. Hopefully we will receive cashback before our annual utility deal comes to an end. Not inclined to use Simply Switch again due to long wait for cashback
