Wish I could give less than 1 star. We took out the boiler care package and the transaction hasn't shown in my account. Topcashback have investigated a missing claim and their response was to decline the cashback. The only reason they gave is "cancelled", nothing has been cancelled and we are still waiting for someone to come out and do the initial boiler check.

Waited over 1 year to obtain £46 cashback, Topcashback tried on numerous occasions to contact Scottish Power and ask them to honour their pledge but to no avail. No wonder Energy companies have a terrible reputation when they continually treat customers like this !!!

Ordered in April 2013. Cashback tracked quickly. Then moved to zero payable two or three months later. Submitted a claim, now near end of October and nothing. Avoid scottish power if you want your cashback.

BE AWARE. Was offered and was showing £42 cash back. On completion of switch over the payment changed to £0.00. Contacted scottish power who informed me that they do not offer cash back and should refer to the broker! Currently following up through cash back internal problem resolution. If factoring in cash back when considering a change of energy suppliers please be aware of a similar problem.

did not track. very poor. company provided no email feedback on transaction. looking back over old experiences in this section, it appears i should expect the company to deny any knowledge of the transaction and worm their way out of the promised cashback. not a good first impression really.

Still after 2 months cashback not tracked. Scottish Power transferred someone elses supply instead of mine and takes 30 minutes to get through to them on the phone, a nightmare switch!

Finally heard back that Scottish Power have now declined my claim, after 7 months - they say 'my order was cancelled'. Well they've been quite happy to take my monthly direct debit and supply me gas/elec all this time so I'm not at all happy. I won't trust them again on cashback.

Been waiting for my Cashback since January 2012 and have just found out that it's not being paid. Apparently Scottish Power say my account was 'cancelled or returned'. It'd be funny if it weren't for the fact that they're still supplying my gas and electricity. Won't be letting this one lie.

Poor service. Been with them for 4 months now (paid 3 direct debits) and no sign of the cashback at all. Still showing as pending. Obviously, not the only reason to switch, but certainly doesn't engender much customer loyalty.

if you are thinking of switching to scottish power beware,i switched to them last august and due to them setting my direct debit too high, after less than 6 months i was around £200 in credit which i asked for (in january)in the form of a refund .this was my first experience of their customer service (or lack of it)and i am still waiting and after exchange of numerous e-mails have reported them to relevant consumer bodies for their appalling incompetence.

unfortunately scottish power were not helpful with my switch over the date and everytime i contacted them they told me something different and different advisors were unware of previous communications. i contacted them about 20 times and they still owe the cash back which i have not been paid yet to compensate my time and the cost of phone calls.

I switched to this supplier in March this year taking account of the £60 cash back in my decision to switch to them. Have had to put a claim in and as with other comments still no sign of anything. The site now shows cash back not available for this merchant. I don't think I will be holding my breath for this payment. Very disappointing.

Ordered in March 2011 still no cashback 6 months later Topcashback say they are waiting for retailer and thats all you get from them not very helpful at all and getting increasingly disillusioned with site as also waiting over the said time for cash back through this site not good business at all
