	Tracked quickly - stayed at the tracking stage for several months then disappeared! Disputed the loss of payment which was acknowledged by Top Cashback but the record of the claim has also now disappeared! I could have got cheaper energy but anticipated that the cashback would balance the slight difference with other competitors - (yes, I know cashback is not guaranteed but I've rarely not got it...). I know that I did everything by the book but haven't been paid and certainly wouldn't recommend signing up based on cashback offered.

	Transfer process was smooth and seamless, Scottish Power seem so far to be organised and efficient. Cashback is not due for another 6-8 weeks yet so can't comment on this part of the process but all good so far.

	prompt tracking, prompt payment of £100, became payable after a week of first direct debit taken out, about 2 months... no probs for us. hopefully topcashback has sorted prior pribs....

	After reading comments about scottish power i thought i would have a long wait for cash back if recieved at all. however that worry was for nothing. recieved great customer service during my switch and also a lot better price than southern electric. also cashback became payable on the date they specified, so that is going to be paying for my gas and electric for a few months. Overall with speed of cashback tracked, pending and payable, and also with customer service i would recommend.

	Payment of £105 is now in my bank account, took 3 months to get there just as Cashback said. Before people complian READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS SITE!!!! Dont blame TCB or Scotish power if you didnt follow instructions! Oh and this is not the place for for asking questions of TCB either. Always remember, Cash Back is a bonus, not guarnteed money. Scottish Power great by the way, 5 Star service, Would have been pleased, even if I didnt get the money.

	switched in july,,,, tracked showing £140,, changed to £1.00,,, still waiting for cashback payment,,,, no explanation as yet ,,,,, sent nudges,, had no reply whatsoever,, terrible terrible terrible ,and very misleading advertising, and non existent resolution communication.

	Agreed the switchover at the end of September, the £105 cashback tracked the same day. The switchover process was completed last week which all went smoothly, all I had to worry about was taking a meter reading and submit it online which was very straightforward. My pending cashback says it will clear by 31/12 so all in all, I am extremely happy so far and have also switched to my 'cheapest' supplier occording to comparison sites.

	it tracked instantly, got my £140 within few months, am well happy as took duel fuel compared to sainsbury who i signed up with in store for £30 vouchers which took 4 months to be given to me i was not happy and looking to move anyway so scottish power came along right time i am tied to them until march 11 when i will be free to move supplier again love topcash saved so much money

	This link seems a little bit of a con, unless I'm totally mistaken. I used several comparison sites and all recommended the Scottish Power 'Online Energy Saver 11', so I thought it would be easy to buy using the link on Topcashback and gain an extra £62 for my efforts. Unfortunately, the link took me to a dedicated, confusing site which didn't seem to offer the 'Online Energy Saver 11' but a whole host of other Scottish Power packages which didn't match up to the ones on the comparison sites. I checked going directly through Scottish Powers homepage and there it, the Online Energy Saver 11 clearly advertised and showing as their best package following their package comparison links. I ended up deciding to use the Topcashback Moneysupermarket link (£30) and getting another £30 from buying through Moneysupermarket. Are they trying to use the offer of cashback to temp people onto uncompetitive packages?
