Just had £3.60 declined after purchasing a £60 pair of shoes for my 11 year old daughter. Paid full price by card and used no promo code but still declined. All the hundreds of pounds i've spent there and they have just lost a customer over £3. There is hundreds of other retailers out there so they have just shot themselves in the foot. My recommendation. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Been waiting since 16/02/14 for cashback to come through, chased and nudged a few times and received a response to say I wouldn't be receiveing cashback due to having purchased via another channel which is utter rubbish!

Great seller, fast delivery. Cashback tracked within a few hours and was Payable after a week.
Very pleased. I wish all TCB purchases were this quick and easy for tracking and payment.

This is the level to which all other retailers should aspire. Order available for collection within the hour. Cashback received within the week. Am I likely to use Schuh again? You bet. In fact, I just did.

Attempted to order several times from Schuh however when directed to their website via topcashback the drop down menu for my country in the delivery section would not work. I left it and then kept getting emails from them encouraging me to purchase. Tried again several times and experienced same problem. Contacted Schuh who became uninterested the moment I said I tried to order via topcashback. They advised me to go to topcashback if I wanted a discount! They were very unhelpful and rude and not prepared to match the discount at all. Avoid them they are useless

Scuh are brilliant. Ordered on a Saturday, delivered on the Monday (free delivery), perfect fitting trainers, I left a review on the site, they sent me a 15% discount code to use on line, which I have of course!! Cashback tracked very quickly so am hoping my next order will do the same. What a find!!!

Cashback didn't track, TCB not bothererd, said I visited someone else that's why it didn't track and they can't say who due to strict confidentiality rules. Utter rubbish.
Now being continually harassed by Schuh with annoying texts.
Best bet is to try another retailer.
