Scuh are brilliant. Ordered on a Saturday, delivered on the Monday (free delivery), perfect fitting trainers, I left a review on the site, they sent me a 15% discount code to use on line, which I have of course!! Cashback tracked very quickly so am hoping my next order will do the same. What a find!!!

Having used TCB for a considerable time this merchant deals with CashBack faster than any other that I have used. Very impressed and have returned to them for a second purchase.

Merchant declined the cashback, I dont know why. I didnt send back the shoes,nothing. I would avoid merchant in the future

Item did not track. A lot of people are having the same problem avoid SCHUH if your expecting cashback. Disappointed as i provided all the details for the transaction & topcashback gave no explanation why it was refused

Cashback didn't track, TCB not bothererd, said I visited someone else that's why it didn't track and they can't say who due to strict confidentiality rules. Utter rubbish.
Now being continually harassed by Schuh with annoying texts.
Best bet is to try another retailer.

My cashback claim has been rejected as 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. I only use Topcashback, therefore this statement cannot be correct. I am really disapointed as I claimed the cashback in good faith.
