Just had a claim declined for no reason. Absolute joke. Offering cashback then not honouring it is tantamount to fraud. Disgusting. Will never shop with Schuh again

Cash back tracked immediately but after a week changed to "declined". No reason given. Won't use again as there were 3 other TCB Merchants I could have bought same items from. Avoid

Schuh itself was fine, and shoes arrived quickly, but cashback was declinded after several months chasing saying TCB wasn't the last referrer, although it was. Disappointed.

Just had £3.60 declined after purchasing a £60 pair of shoes for my 11 year old daughter. Paid full price by card and used no promo code but still declined. All the hundreds of pounds i've spent there and they have just lost a customer over £3. There is hundreds of other retailers out there so they have just shot themselves in the foot. My recommendation. SHOP ELSEWHERE!
