If you are looking for great money saving deals, you are sure to find a range of discounts and promotions on the Footasylum website. To ensure you do not miss out, you can sign up to their newsletter. One such promotion which they offer on the hottest trends is Mix 'n' Match. Take up this offer and when you purchase two products included in the deal, you will automatically receive a discount.

Should you purchase three items which are part of the offer, the discount will apply to the cheapest one. If you return one item from a Mix 'n' Match bundle, you will no longer be entitled to the bundle discount and will have to pay the original list price for any retained items (excluding delivery).

Footasylum Features

UK customers who buy using our Footasylum discount code and cashback deals can choose from various delivery options.

If you spend more than £50, you will benefit from free standard delivery (tracked), which will see your order arrive within 2-4 days. Opt for next day delivery (UK mainland only), meanwhile, and orders will arrive the next working day when placed before 9pm Monday-Friday and 4pm on a Sunday. Orders placed after 9pm on a Friday or on a Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday.

If you know you will not be in, they will deliver to a family member or neighbour, or to a place of work, if you enter an alternative address when you order. Alternatively, you can choose to have it send to a local ParcelShop within 2-4 days, track it and collect it at a time to suit you. You can also pick up an order from a Footasylum store for free within an estimated three working days (you will be contacted when it is ready for collection).

It will be held at your chosen store for seven days, after which it will be returned and a refund will be issued. Choose this method and you will have the opportunity to try your item on in the store's changing room facilities and, if it does not fit, a member of staff can organise a return or exchange.

If you are not happy with your purchase, Footasylum will offer a refund or exchange, providing it is sent back in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt.

To return by post, fill out the returns form you received with your order, include it in the package and take it to a Post Office. You can also use the Collect+ service available in local shops. Just fill in the returns label, remove any outgoing labels and drop it off. You will not have to pay anything when you send it back, but £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost.

There is also the option to use the toyou service at more than 600 Asda locations by attaching the relevant label and dropping it off. If the item was paid for using a credit or debit card, or Footasylum gift card, you can return your order to any store for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. You will need to take along the shipment note you received with your order and the card used to pay for the item. Items paid for via PayPal or bought from Footasylum on eBay must be returned by post.

Cashback exclusions and terms

If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
If you purchase using a gift card and/or gift vouchers
If your purchase is not fully completed online.
Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
Cashback may initially track lower than expected and then uplift upon validation.
If you participate in any other offer/promotion that is not covered in the retailer cashback rates.

Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.
