Declined Spent over £100 and declined my cash back. Seems like I am not the only one by reading the reviews

Shop elsewhere Used a few times and always declined, when raising as a missing claim they respond saying purchase was ineligible for cashback. There are many other similar retailers and id recommend using them.

They never pay out! Awful. I always have issues with cashback from this company. Not sure why TCB continue to work with them.

Declined! Cashback declined, appealed and declined again. Came to the reviews to see that everyone else too is having their cashback declined. Why?! Schuh should be removed as they’re clearly not approving the cashback.

Always seem to decline cashback Schuh never seem to fulfil their cashback, and decline it. They shouldn't be allowed on Top Cashback.

Wrongly Declined Cashback claim declined for no good reason. I've been using this site for over 10 years, so pretty familiar with the terms and conditions. Not impressed.

Cashback declined Purchased a perfectly normal pair of shoes. Cashback tracked quickly then 3 months later, declined for no reason. Total joke. Shouldn't be allowed on here.
