I am an experienced TCB user. Put this one through taking normal precautions, it finally tracked, then waited several months. National Rail then declined cashback on grounds of 'Not met terms and conditions' and would not explain further. Another company trying to weasel out of cashback on spurious grounds. Be wary and do not count on cashback.
