I am an experienced cashback user. I made sure my cache was cleared, and my browser was restarted before making the purchase. It tracked at £0 and Railcard refused to provide the reason.

Very slow payout
After waiting approx 11 weeks had to ask TopCashback to chase payout . Not a significant amount but every penny counts. As soon as I queried the outstanding payout it was on my account !!
