The National Rail Railcard website is a little difficult to navigate and it looks like a bit 'fake'. But railcard arrived within a few days & received the cashback.

straightforward process but a tad faffy when trying to do it online as you cant sign electronically or upload images so you have to print and scan a tad annoying but otherwise easy process

Cashback of 8% was promised, but only delivered on one order. I ordered three different railcards, but two came through at 5% and not the 8% advertiesed. I raised this issue with TopCashBack team, but the missing funds have never been credited to my account. Sadly, you can't trust National Rail to make good on the cashback offer advertised.
