Cashback declined for no apparent reason. Looking at the other reviews a lot of people are getting declined too. Easy enough to get a policy started, shame they haven’t honoured their cashback offers.

RAC declined the cashback with no explanation after months of waiting, this was just after leaving us on the roadside for several hours, we eventually cancelled the callout as didn't want to wait for them any longer and paid for a mechanic to come out. Won't be renewing again - used to be great to be a member but gone to the wall now.
