	Declined Cashback Just had my cashback declined for no reason whatsoever. Brand new policy was taken out, and is still active, with zero alterations at all. All stipulations from TCB and RAC were followed yet I have still been declined. Absolute bunch of liars

	8 minutes until cash back! Purchased today, tracked email arrived immediately , then 8 minutes later, another email stating that I have received cash backing my account! Checked, it was! 26 weeks until payable though.

	Rejected, then reinstated Cashback was originally rejected. I raised this with TCB and two months later the cashback was granted and has just become payable. Just beware that you may need to claim it and that it seems to take between one and two months.

	Great service but no cashback Cash back did not track and did not spot until after the 60 period to make a missing claim had elapsed. Shame as TCB tell you that cash back could take several weeks to show up - leaves a tiny window to check and raise a ticket… Great service from RAC (5*) but real shame about the lack of cash back… which is what the single star rating relates to.

	No cashback Like others have mentioned, I bought a policy through TopCashback following all the usual steps - no discount codes, no tricks, just a straightforward purchase. Despite this, my £60 cashback was declined. I opened a claim and provided everything they asked for: a screenshot from my bank app showing the payment, the policy confirmation, and proof that no promo codes were used. TopCashback referred the case back to RAC, but after four months of waiting, they upheld their original decision and refused to pay. Absolutely ridiculous!

	I Feel as Though I've Been Scammed Clearly some type of dark arts going on here by RAC and / or their "network" - I bought the cover and adhered to all terms and conditions but my cashback was refused with no explanation. Topcashback were great and requested a raft of evidence from me which I provided and Topcashback submitted to RAC's network. After about a month the network responded to state that they were "standing by their original decision" but provided no rationale or evidence or no acknowledgement of the documents I had provided. Do not be sucked in as I was to buying this RAC cover due to this great cashback deal.

	price increased so pointless did a quote separate from topcashback it was 75 pounds less for the same cover so not worth the risk of not getting paid out thus pointless

	RAC refused to payout and won't say why I purchased a policy at the start of the year that stated a payout of £160 would be available. Policy was purchased without any issues direct through TopCashBack. Cost of policy was over £250+. No extra codes were entered, it was a policy with practically every option ticked. Now I am being told that they won't honor the £160 cashback. I told TopCashBack to investigate, the RAC replied about a month later saying they weren't paying out and won't give a reason. If I did something wrong, please tel me so I dont make the same mistake again. But radio silence is very annoying and poor customer service. Poor customer service on RAC's part, but also poor on TopCashBack for not fighting my corner and asking for a reason. In hindsight, I should have checked these reviews, because I am not the only one this has happened to. Frustrated, annoyed, and just want to learn from my mistake.........whatever that mistake maybe.

	Declined Cashback Declined an £80 cashback claim saying I'd used some other sort of voucher or discount which I was very careful not to. Queried their decision and asked what discount I'd used and they said they would not reconsider and have not explained what the "other" discount was. I would advise customer not to rely on this cashback offer as It seems that the RAC can refuse to pay without any reason being given. Shameful.

	Price Marked Up Already did a quote with RAC then checked and saw 50% cashback. Great, but when I clicked through using this site the price was more than double what I had been quoted already. What a con!

	Disappointing Cashback tracked but 2 months later went from 'pending' to 'declined' for no reason. In their swift reply to the customer service ticked that I had raised through Topcashback, RAC claimed the order had not been made through Topcashback which was obviously nonsense otherwise why would it have tracked at all?
