	Awful customer service Awful customer service department. I am still awaiting a resolution of my complaint that was raised over 6 weeks ago. I was misled into purchasing a premium battery from RAC at great expense and was told to reach out to their customer service department by their own engineer as he said they should address the issue given the circumstances. However, 6 weeks on and still no resolution from RAC customer service. They asked for evidence to be sent of the engineer selling the battery which I have said I will send to them, however, now they are attempting to avoid my emails and refusing to accept the evidence to be sent. I will continue to chase a resolution to my complaint and have notified independent dispute resolution services.

	Terrible company , Terrible cashback I did not get a cash back from this retailer because of the small print. More expensive that any other company....

	Ridiculous time frame We all know how it works, they start with a ridiculous price that you would never actually pay. They then apply a discount which brings it down to a price that after cash back is slightly below the price you would be offered from one of their own offers. Only after purchase do we find out it will be 6 MONTHS! To have our own money returned. This cynical obfuscation has put me off the whole cash back experience. I am making it a point of principle not to give my money to any business that is not open and honest with its offering. If everyone did the same maybe we could just be offered reasonable products at a fair price which would make life so much simpler.

	Cashback received (eventually) I was warned the cashback would take time, but it did get there in the end (no issues). Bought the 'top notch' breakdown service from RAC due to cashback to glad it paid out.

	Cashback Took out the RAC cover I needed and with the cashback it was an unbeatable offer. Tracked and paid within the timescale. Very happy.

	It made the difference I always shop around for Breakdown cover and usually go with Autoaid. However, the comprehensive cover offered by RAC together with the cashback tipped the balance in their favour. The cashback is sitting in my account and ready to be redeemed. I am very happy with the experience.

	Still waiting after a year Cashback did not track, and a year on I am still waiting for a resolution (despite numerous messages and nudges). So terrible rating for cashback experience; don't factor in getting this when comparing prices and deals. The actual RAC breakdown service is pretty decent though.

	No cashback and blanked the query ticket Only went with the RAC because of the generous cashback, which they haven't paid. They've blanked the claim submitted to them for the last year. So this has been a very expensive year of breakdown cover that we haven't used.

	DO NOT TRUST RAC CASHBACK - ONE YEAR ON - STILL WAITING FOR MY £66 After 1 YEAR, I am still waiting (I expect in vain now) for my £66 cashback. I've written numerous emails and had numerous replies, but no-one can give me A reason why my cashback hasn't been paid. I am long term Topcashback user and do everything to the letter. If you read the other one star reviews you can see this is a common experience, so I believe it is an RAC strategy - after all it would save thousands of pounds, if, say, it didn't pay a certain percentage of valid cashback claims. If the come through (which I doubt) I will remove this review, but I expect I will never use the RAC again, which means their little 'strategy', if that is what it is, has back-fired on them in my case.

	Link doesn't work on my computer. I've tried to go from Topcashback to the RAC website but the main link fails and then the 'after 5 seconds' link fails too. I have adblockers installed - are they stopping the redirect? Topcashback records my visit to the RAC but I never arrived!

	Rejected it until I opened a case then they paid out. Initially they rejected the claim then after 3 months and having to open a claim I did get my cashback.

	AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID - Been a member for 30 years! Had very little need to use them until recently. Following an accident (in which I was injured) I called to ask for their help to recover the vehicle. After a long wait I was told to try my insurance or local recovery as they would not help. (My 'Arrival' policy clearly states they will recover after an accident.) Not interested. I have since made several calls and filed a formal complaint but no one will discuss this with me and no one has returned my calls. Disgusted and looking to take legal action to recover 30 years of wasted premiums. Staff have been totally unhelpful and don't return calls when they say they will. 'Left hand doesn't appear to know what the right hand's doing'! Chronic disorganisation. AVOID AVOID AVOID

	Cashback declined - not just once I have chosen AA and RAC in alternative years to keep my car covered as well as get some cashback to reduce the cost from their high advertised cost comparing to other competitors. I have no issues with AA but RAC has declined my cashback from previous years twice, with the cashback amount added up to £150. I doubt I will try it the third time and would not recommend RAC to other Topcashbackers.

	8 months after paying in full, still waiting for cashback. Ridiculous. Everything tracked fine, and everything done to the letter, but 8 months after paying in full, not a penny in cashback from the RAC. I went through Topcashback and they are still offering attractive cashback if you sign up with RAC, but it seems that many never actually receive it. I live in hope, but that hope is shrinking, and after reading these reviews I would not join the RAC again.

	Declined £67 cashback after 4 months from the initial purchase. LIARS. Glad I was paying monthly, cancelled the direct debit now. I didn't need 5 tyre replacements or national recovery. Always received poor customer service from RAC. I reported that I had a sidewall damage on my tyre but they made me 4 hours for a RAC driver to attend and confirm what I already told them, leaving me stranded for a further 6 hours until I managed to find an emergency mobile tyre company at a cost of £180. Just about to sign up to AA on an annual payment, like the fact that they will cover parts & garage costs too.

	Terrible, don't pay out Got the policy through top cashback the amount showed until it came closer to time to pay out then it dropped off the earnings

	Refused Recovery I Broke down in Liverpool in my Taxi and was recoved, Then I broke down in Runcorn and was refused Recovery because they said I didn't have business cover, Evan tho I put my Reg details in and answered all the Questions correctly, I was not offered business cover when I filled out my details and I feel it is unacceptable by this company RAC to refuse me recover when I had my kids with me and had to leave the Taxi in Runcorn for Three days, I Ended up getting covered by the AA and was recoved with no problems, I will not using this company again, I bet I'm not the only person this has happened to and people need to spread the word and not use this Company the RAC again,My review of this Company is unacceptable and you will loose not of customers through your behaviour to wards tbem, Kevin Seed.
