Didn't track
I use the Topcash back browser extension, so I know i'd accessed RAC site correctly. Yet RAC are saying I went via another site. It was a promotional 60% offer at the time. I wouldn't have bothered and stuck with greenflag had I known RAC would wiggle out of the cashback. Too late to cancel by the time they respond. I won't be renewing next year.

Followed instructions to the letter, cashback was tracked but RAC refused. Wouldn't have taken out a policy with them had I known this would happen, lesson learnt. Very frustrating.
