Didnt track. TCB looked into it, but then paid me an incorrect amount, far lower that was expected. I have emails from TCB showing the promo (was expecting £80) and dates it was valid. I took out a qualifying policy within this time. Have only been paid half what i expect. Still hoping it will get resolved, please be wary

Purchased high level cover beginning of August 2019, cashback was supposed to be £35, but is tracking at £7.50?? AND is STILL pending as of 29/092019 even though full payment was made upfront. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

How can anyone rate RAC as anything but bad when the average payout time is 26 weeks. This is my first purchae through Topcash back and I cannot bring myself to make another purchase until this from RAC is paid. Why would I trust the system? The RAC has my money and obviously thinks little of Topcashback.

Purchased in April 19, declined in August 19, claim declined September 19 due to "not been identified as the last channel to your sale". Have been using TCB for many years so fully aware of how it works and what to do/not to do. This purchase was like all others, however RAC choose to turn down cashback using this reason when the transaction is carried out correctly. £45 out of pocket, will not buy RAC again.

Didn't acknowledge cash back, had to chase for weeks, then when acknowledged only gave £22 instead of £60 as advertised, I spent £115 which is above the £60 threshold. Ongoing and cash back that is showing even though incorrect is payable in 6 months & 2 weeks. Way to much hassle so has to be 1 star.

twice my cashback has been declined .... 1st time purchased bd in 2017 annual payment ,however it was declined.last year purchased on monthly basis had to wait for 12months until get pay out guess what ....it has been declined again ...
