Took longer than the average 8 weeks, was close to 18 weeks in the end and the amount went down by £20 when it finally got confirmed as Petplan had changed their amounts which I found frustrating otherwise all ok

They take far longer to provide cashback than is advertised and they do not honour the amount that they are advertise they will give in cashback

Petplan insurance is great, but their cashback offer is a shambles. Took SIX entire months to pay out... absolute joke. 'Faster paying', yeah right. Don't be fooled!!!

States 8 weeks to receive cashback. Still nothing after FOUR AND A HALF MONTHS!!! Con artists. Do not go with this co based on fake cashback offer. They clearly have no intention of paying out.

Bought multi pet insurance policy on 1st November 2017 with cashback stated at £70. Transaction never tracked so put in a claim and have now been waiting almost 5 months with no confirmation from Petplan. Claims with other companies bigger and smaller than Petplan have been dealt with in less than 3 months. This is quite poor and might have let it go but its quite a large amount.

I have now been paying for a policy for 10 months with no money received. After 4 months of waiting my claim was rejected for no reason and I have spent the following six months waiting for them to respond to Top Cashback's messages.

Policy start date was August 16 but payment was not until Feb 17?? This was listed as a "Faster Paying" transaction. Almost 6 months !!
