What will stop me getting cashback?
- If you have taken out 3 policies in the last 12 months and received cashback for each policy.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- You must have registered your BACS details with us in order to get cashback from this merchant.
- Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
- There is a 3 month validation where you transaction will remain at pending
- Your transaction for Cat or Dog insurance will track at the standard rate and uplift upon validation, to the lifetime value should you purchase a lifetime policy.
- Cashback from this merchant can only be withdrawn via BACS.
What to do when
