  • Cashback will not be paid for renewals
  • Cashback is not available on cancelled, declined, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid purchases. Animal Friends and/or TopCashback reserve the right to decline or cancel cashback where a customer is in breach of these terms and conditions
  • Cashback may not be available if you try to redeem another offer or promotion at the same time as claiming cashback
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.

  • You must have registered your bank details with us in order to get cashback from this retailer.

  • Cashback rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time. The cashback offered is only available as shown at the time and Animal Friends reserves the right to withdraw its offer at any time.
  • Cashback will only be applied if Animal Friends can track your purchase from Topcashback. This means that you must click the 'Get Cashback link', which will take to the Animal Friends website, and you must make the purchase in one go without exiting your internet browser. Cashback will not be paid if you use a saved quote. You must click the 'Get Cashback link', generate a new quote and make your purchase immediately
  • If separate policies are purchased in separate transactions or on different days, each transaction may track as a separate single-pet policy rather than as a multi-pet purchase
  • Cashback is paid after you have held your pet insurance policy and paid premium for at least 90 days from the start date of the insurance policy
  • Cashback is not paid by Animal Friends. It is paid by Topcashback using the methods Topcashback has made available to you. If you have any queries regarding cashback or payments, please contact Topcashback and not Animal Friends
  • Cat and dog insurance purchases may initially track at the standard cashback rate on your Topcashback account. Where you purchase a qualifying lifetime pet insurance policy, the cashback amount will be uplifted to the lifetime product cashback rate after validation by Animal Friends
  • Animal Friends reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as it considers necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of its website
  • Purchases at Animal Friends should appear on your Topcashback account as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until Animal Friends confirms the purchase is eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the ‘confirmed’ status on your account
  • Most transactions track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get tracked. If you do not see the transaction in your Topcashback account, please submit a "Missing cashback" claim to Topcashback within 100 days of the transaction.
  • Cashback from this retailer can only be withdrawn via bank transfer.
  • Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.
