Requested the SIM, activated and topped it up with £15. No sign of any cashback (tracked at 0.00) but I am supposed to be receiving a free DVD from O2 for adding the £15 (not arrived as yet though). I mainly got the SIM as it means I can make free calls to our other mobile phone (which is also on O2).

I ordered a Sim in early December when there was a £10 cashback offer on Topcashback. Initially it tracked and after I activated and topped up the Sim it was eventually confirmed at £0 as Topcashback had said it would. Today the confirmed amount was updated to £5.05 instead of the expected £10.10. When I tried to report this to Topcashback I was directed to a help page that said that if you get a different amount of cashback than you expect it may be that the retailer had changed their rates and Topcashback weren't aware. Well the rate now is £5.05 but it certainly wasn't indicated as that when I placed the order. I am very disappointed - what if this occured when you were making a larger purchase with significant cashback!! I feel duped.

Everytime I use it, it does not track and I have to put in a manual claim. It's not cookie related as other websites track. then they ask for an order number but they don't email that to you so there is no way of getting the cashback. When you top-up, if you do see an order number on the web page screen, make sure to take a screenshot or make a note of it.

I ordered this sim 13 days ago (9 business days), it was meant to arrive within 2 - 3 days. I contacted customer support via Facebook and they just said to order another one? I did however get phone calls from random phone numbers (didn't answer), but when I looked them up online, people say they were nuisance calls from a company who partner with o2 and pester you to get a contract. Not very good.

Never got my cashback, never tracked and TCB support insist on having an order number but O2 never provided me with one when I ordered my free SIM. Very disappointed with the poor process from TCB/O2 on this

Tracked at £1 rather than £5, and is now pending at £0. I can't put in a claim because it's passed 100 days. Looking at recent reviews, they've possibly stopped paying out entirely.

Despite topping up £10 the day the sim arrived, over three months later and it's still showing as zero cashback. The system won't let me raise a claim because it's been over 100 days. The last few reviewers have also said they didn't receive the cashback.

Despite following all the instructions to get the cashback for the free SIM, O2 declined it saying they needed a 6/7 digit order number to trace it. The only reference I had was a much longer transaction ID and my mobile number which I gave. I contacted O2 to ask if they had a 6/7 digit order ID, but they said they don't exist, only the reference I already had. So, despite O2 admitting this order ID doesn't exist, they declined my cashback on the basis I couldn't provide it. Crazy!

Doesn't track. Lodged claim and they claimed I didn't click through topcashback. I activated two sim cards, same story for both. Rubbish.

The deal was for £10.10 for activating a SIM card. I followed the rules, and eventually got £5.05 after contesting it. They got the one star for actually paying something rather than zero stars.

Declined the transaction and then sat on a missing cashback claim for 6 months before saying they couldn't trace the transaction. Incredibly poor.

Tracked @ £0 but uplifted to £5 within a month or so but now declined. Sim has been activated and is still in use all terms have been met but no cashback forthcoming. Poor.
