Cashback came through as payable £0. You didn't need to activate it in the past though when I made an order so the rules have changed now.
Nothing gained nothing lost.

Tracked at £0.00 for 9 weeks after top up. Today confirmed at £5.05 after submitted enquiries to tcb and hope it will become payable soon.

Did not get a SIM with this offer as the o2 goals promotion was on at the time, £5 cash for every goal England scored in the world cup, when you topped up £15. o2 paid up no problem, even giving everyone a £5 bonus for the last game Frank Lampard goal that never was. Usually a bit wary of offers like this that involve claiming and chequeback (thanks to e2save redemption offers in the past) but have to say it was all handled faultlessly by o2 and I was impressed with the service. Top up bonuses from their reward scheme are excellent also with free calls and prizes all possible.

Cashback tracked at zero - merchant details said that it could take x number of days to go through. Waited said number of days, no payment. Followed up with TCB who told me that as 100 days had elapsed, I was no longer able to get the cashback. Wouldn't bother with this merchant again. Useless.

The cashback offered by O2 for a 12 month sim only contract seemed too good to be true - and it was! It didn't even track. I'm still waiting for a response to my manual claim, but I know I'm wasting my time and O2 are not going to honour their offer.
