tracked ok,pack arrived promptly,cashback offered in august 2011 was 30%,but now new years eve and still waiting for cashback to be paid,followed all the rules to the letter,put in missing claims,top cashback should rate this only as a "maybe you will get cashback,maybe not-its a gamble!"

what a rubbish service from NT. No cash back even though I followed the links, this supplier should be removed if they will not honour the cashback, Expect £0 cash back. Also when I made the purchase no info on my application, everything just goes into a black hole, maybe their administration comes from yesteryear too ??

Very disappointed, still awaiting my cashback from Aug 2011 contacted missing claims, gave all my information and told I will not be getting any cashback... Poor service National Trust!!

Very quick delivery of annual subscription details, brochure and pamphlets and very promptly tracked. The reason I have not given five stars for their customer service is because I have not had cause to contact them so cannot adequately rate. Cashback was excellent. Looking forward to visits in the new year.

Seriously crazy cash back - our family can have a lot of days out for £44 ish for the year. You get a nt car park sticker plus handbook and pack sent through. Totally brilliant value. Let the kids explore some amazing places.
