Very disappointed, still awaiting my cashback from Aug 2011 contacted missing claims, gave all my information and told I will not be getting any cashback... Poor service National Trust!!

Very quick delivery of annual subscription details, brochure and pamphlets and very promptly tracked. The reason I have not given five stars for their customer service is because I have not had cause to contact them so cannot adequately rate. Cashback was excellent. Looking forward to visits in the new year.

This was my first experience of Cashback and I was surprised how quick and easy it was. National Trust sent out their pack within 5 days which was also great as I wanted to visit a special event.

Seriously crazy cash back - our family can have a lot of days out for £44 ish for the year. You get a nt car park sticker plus handbook and pack sent through. Totally brilliant value. Let the kids explore some amazing places.

What a fantastic offer. Payed £66 on line for family membership, cash back offer 30%, and within 6 hours £20 had tracked. they emailed me a temp membership as soon as the transaction was confirmed, they said it would be up to 3 months for membership package to come but it was less than a week before it arrived. We've used it twice and have got our money back.
