Didn't honour the cashback payment on our Lifetime joint family membership! NOTHING in notes excluded this membership from cashback it tracked fine THEN National Trust withdrew the claim and it's taken Topcashback 6 months to tell me the National Trust won't honour the £47 payment when we have spent nearly £2k on membership!!!!

Very Very slow to track, but then the National Trust were very slow to process my membership so that may explain it... once tracked became payable in days!
