Cash back tracked and then was declined (i have raised a query). I bought a couples membership for family, when raising a missing cash back claim you have to enter a membership number. However, it is not my membership number as it bought for someone else, and there are 2 memberships numbers (as its a couples membership i purchased).

Something went wrong with the NT website at the payment stage. It said the transaction hadn't gone through when it had. Cashback didn't track, presumably because of this, but I lodged a claim with Topcashback and the problem was quickly resolved.
