Although I joined via TopCashBack have not received a confirmation email from the National Trust. Have emailed them to find out what is happening because I understood upon joining we would be members and they would send an email to confirm in order that we could enjoy the benefits straight away. I am waiting to hear from them.

There was a slight hitch with the membership details and I had to contact the NT by telephone to sort things out. This was done very quickly and they confirmed I would still get the cashback. Money has now been paid to my account. Very pleased at the savings and we are really enjoying our membership.

Tried several times to join online, but EVERY time got blocked by request to "choose country" on address, which was not lit, so not an option. Could not proceed with application. Infuriating to the point of elliciting the "sod it" response... £20 thus pie in the sky, as is my membership via online application!
