Bought NT membership through topcashback. Originally declined so had to claim. Process not as straightforward as missing cashback. However got it eventually, you just have to persevere.

This has to be the fastest confirmed cashback I've ever had.
I signed up for the family membership plan, paying by monthly Direct Debit, cashback tracked within 10 minutes and within 24hrs it had been confirmed.

Cashback declined for a family membership.
Other reviews suggest it's because payment is by direct debit (which is what the NT prefer). This isn't listed as an exclusion. Top Cashback need to clarify this. Otherwise it's misleading.

Useless cashback offer
Like all the other recent comments, bought an annual joint membership, set up payment by DD - not noted as an exclusion to getting cashback - and cashback declined after the bank holiday. It seems there is a glitch.

Bought joint membership through link as gift £160 and immediately declined. They ask for order number to report missing claim but I rung national trust and they didn’t do order numbers
