	They never honour their special offer cashbacks. Clicked through the cookie promotion link and they only gave half the advertised cashback.

	Hey, If you use a voucher code for a merchant they may have a different cashback rate available. Therefore it is important you check this out on the cashback rate list before clicking through. Best wishes, TopCashback Support TopCashback
	If I could give no stars I would, poor merchant. I was a new customer, bought £42 worth of stuff and wasn't honored the 10% cashback. Instead was given the lower percentage of 2% when I questioned they declined my cashback altogether!! wont shop here again. - Purchase made in April 2015

	This vendor refused any cashback, even the lower rate. Will use this seller as a last resort in the future.

	Spent over £60 with them. Initially tracked but incorrectly. I then put in a claim to rectify the amount and the rejected it with no reason given. Very annoyed. Was a new customer too.

	Myprotein is a good company with great products. The problem is their cashback tracking sucks!! Its really appalling! 6 out of 9 transaction in 2012 were not tracked and took approx 3 months to be settled. I also had to manually claim and case cashback in 2013. I still have a claim from Oct 2012 waiting to be settled!!! Appalling tracking and response, so when it say faster payments near the merchants name on Top Cashback I'm astonished!!

	Very poor cashback tracking, as some other commenters have noted. Of 6 substantial claims made since December 2012, only 1 has paid out.

	Spent over £60 and almost a year on they have now declined the cashback. Will not be using this company again. DO not use if expecting cashback!

	Cashback didn't track on a £110 order, submitted claim and myprotein advised that cashback was paid to someone else even though I cleared cookies and history before clicking the link on the TCB site, I also didn't use any discount codes.

	WARNING! If you pay by PayPal they automatically add a transaction charge - a practice that was outlawed by eBay many years ago. Also, the instructions state to "add 1 MP scoop per portion (scoop NOT included)"!!!

	In last 3 and 1/2 months they didn't to respond to my cashback claim so I didn't bother to order from them again. simple - another customer gone.

	Ordered yesterday. Within 2 hours got e mailed that it was despatched. But transaction not tracing a day later :(

	I was a first time customer and very happy with the service. Turned up less than 24 hours after ordering and nice to find a company that doesn't extort their customers for next day/saturday delvery (£3.50 I think). Much better value even compared to budget brands in argos etc, happy with the products I've tried so far. Cashback tracked the day after ordering.
