	great products which usually arrive next day with just standard delivery. Problems with incorrect cashback from TCB, and close claims without investigating. not sure why 5% over overall cost is so hard to calculate!!!! check amount if using!!!

	Am a frequent customer of Myprotein, purchase on a quarterly basis. I must say that I'm really disappointed in the cashback time. 5 times they've not tracked my cashback claim going back to Jan this year!! Bit of a surprise as all my other cashbacks via ebay, virgin, groupon etc come up fine. The other irritating fact is that they're taking ages to pay the cashback, I've a claim from March still waiting to be paid and its now coming into October.

	Placed orders in Dec 2011 and Jan 2012. Both didn't track. TCB pursued the cases and both declined. Didn't use first order code as cashback was reduced - got nothing - total waste of time. Site was far too complex with so many different offers and that could not be used together. Permutations far too complicated then they find excuses not to pay up. Worst retailer on TCB in my experience.

	Two orders through TopCashback both denied. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! I have placed orders twice with My Protein, both times through TopCashback. Both times My Protein refused to pay, saying I didn't place the order through TopCashback, when I did. Everything is fine my end, as I don't have this problem with any other sites visited via TopCashback. I'm sure I'm not the only one being denied cashback by this dodgy company, and I won't be using them again. Hope they enjoy the pittance that they have saved against the lost future orders

	3 times Scammed!!! Been literally 3 times Scammed. 3 times cashback claims were deemed by myprotein as not tracked despite all the tracking evidence provided by topcashback.co.uk

	Pays lower rates than advertised MyProtein cashback has twice tracked at a very good rate and then weeks later quietly changes the amount to less than 1%. You don't get a notification when this happens, so MyProtein can quietly rip you off and you probably won't even notice. Once is forgivable, but twice is deliberate behaviour. MyProtein should be removed from TCB

	Very deceptive in relation to the cashback amount that can be paid out. I will not be using MyProtein again.

	Not accurate cashback paid. Spend around £70. Cash back advertised 15 % for new customers, Cash back come up around £3.

	Have had to submit four missing cashback claims for MyProtein within a couple months and three of them were rejected with no reason. Fourth one has been "resolved" but I've only received a whopping 1% cashback when 10% was expected ..........................

	Terrible experience. Placed an order for protein that said in stock. They took money from my credit card immediately. 3 days passed order still said processing. Emailed and was told by someone called Daryl it would be delayed for at least 5 days. Decided to just cancel. System won't allow cancellation so I called up, first operator tried to tell me 3 times to just wait for the order despite me saying 3 times I just want it cancelled and my money back. Was then told ok but it might not be possible to cancel if it's entered despatch process which two minutes earlier she advised it hadn't done and I won't get the order for at least 48 hours. I asked to speak to a manager, someone called Lucas. He was equally unhelpful and just said he can send a message through the system to "request" a cancellation but it might not be possible to do so despite the 5 day delay. So sitatuion is they have my money, I have no items and they cannot guarantee I will get my money back. If you are reading this please do not order from this company.

	Over 5 months since I placed two orders, issued the wrong cashback and still strugglying to get corrent it. Very bad experience when it comes to earn cashback from them.
