USED to be the cheapest for pretty much all supplements. Protein & Creatine are still cheap from this merchant but other supplements are much cheaper elsewhere now. Cashback is only on the products and not the added postage. Cashback is reduced to a paltry amount if you use a code, but it is money for not a lot of effort so still worth it. Reliable and reasonably prompt payments.

myprotein seem to drop the payout amount which i have to lodge a claim for, keep a close eye on it to make sure they dont drop your cashback amount and lodge a claim if they do.

This is a great site with good products at a very reasonable price. Their cashback rates are great but I have made two purchases and so far, neither have tracked. I've raised a claim but am yet to hear anything back.
Do they just track really slowly?

Placed an order on Sunday and still hadn't received by midday on Thursday, wouldn't have been so bad if it was free p&p. Minimal reply from the customer service team.
Avoid like the plague.
Cashback was prompt however.

All good, service spot on and delivery usually very quick - unsure of actual cash back but on previous they have registered and agreed quickly. Use MP461976 as a code for money off!

Cashback amount less than expected.
Cashback came really quickly, so was the purchase tracked quickly (within 30 minutes) but the cashback amount was a lot smaller than promised. I was expecting the new costumer rate of 10% but I received 1%.

They cancelled my initial order at 12% cashback, was told to put through new order with their current offer code and cashback would be paid as new customer. Initially showed as 12% but they have only paid 2%. I'd be reluctant to deal with them again.

It was my first order but they only paid me cashback for an existing customer which was about 6% less at the time. submitted a request but it was declined by myprotein with no reason given so very poor customer service
the protein had quite a short date though it tastes nice and mixes well
