Dishonest retailer. Cashback tracked correctly but Matalan declined it, customer service let the retailer do as they please. Avoid.

Declines every time without fail. For purchases made entirely through the cashback site, with no voucher code and nothing returned, they decline the cashback every time without fail.

1 star rating begrudgingly given as unable to rate at zero stars. Cashback did not track. Merchant refused to help despite there being an obvious problem with their website when the order was placed. Lodging missing cashback claim can take months with no guarantee of success. Order cancelled, will not use this merchant again.
