Didn't track despite going directly to the site from the link. I don't think this cash back is reliable so only shop here if your really intend to buy the products from this shop. I previously shopped instore and online and as a result of this transaction I will be doing neither in future. Completely counter-productive Matalan!

I don't suggest you shop at Matalan through these cash back links as they do not honour the claim. Despite the cash back being recorded they refused to honour and I spent over £100 with them!

Every single transaction gets decline with Matalan. I’ve done 4 orders in the last few months and every one has been declined. Very disappointed that Matalan seem to decline everytime.

Cashback of 50% declined, purposefully didn't use a discount code in order to avoid this. From the look of the recent reviews they offer cashback to get you to buy at full price then don't honour the cashback. Personally I will not be shopping with them again

Terrible retailer. For no reason they declined my cashback.Also, with no communication at all, they cancelled some items I had ordered even though they were still in stock and available to buy on their website. My first and last time shopping with them.

Number of issues with Matalan. Declined a reward when I spent over £100 with them to get a deal even though it tracked and registered on my account. Also second time I used them then tracked 1% instead of 10% so complaint raised. Looking to avoid in future as not happy with them when spending over £100 a number of times.
