Made a purchase but received no cashbask. Submitted a claim for missing cashback but I recived no cashback and no explanation. (To be fair, I did return just one item from the order). Lack of communication is frustrating and I will not be shopping with Matalan again.

The delivery address generator from the post code gave the correct address but at the end stage of the online purchase it changed.I discovered by goods were delivered yesterday at this wrong address but were put in a wendy house at the back of the garden.Despite the name on the door being different and my phone on the front of the bag to query.No call was received.Very angry.The delivery company was YODEL.
I will not purchase goods on line from Matalan again!!
