Terrible. It took Matalan since the beginning of August to respond and to claim that I had gone through another 'marketing source' for my cash back. Considering I have never heard of another cash back site and that everything is recorded though TCB it's ridiculous !

DO NOT BUY FROM Matalan, They will not approved your cashback if it does not track properly, taken 6 months to resolve. I will not be revisiting!

Cashback didn't track and they threw out subsequent claim saying another referrer was involved. I know this is not the case as I ordered items from BHS and Debenhams at the same time, through TCB, and these all tracked with no problems. Seems like other people have had the same experience.

I did not receive the full cashback amount I was entitled to as my transaction amount was wrongly showing as a lower amount. I could not do anything about this as I was told that it is just outside 100 day limit - knew nothing about this limit as new to this site. Very unhappy on my first cashback and very disappointed in this retailer supplying Topcashback with false transaction figures.
