	Cashabck tracked very quickly went to confirmed within 2 months and just received payment after 3 months. Quote offered from LV was lowest premium aswell!

	Took out 2 polices. Both tracked fine then 1 got paid but the other was declined. So be very very wary as this is getting to be a common practice not sure who's doing it, could be either party.

	Update: to summarise - I purchased home insurance on 2 June 12. It tracked quickly then disappeared from my account. Fortunately, I'd taken a screenshot of the tracking. TC advised me it was normal to put a claim 'on ice' for 90 days. I waited...and waited. Having chased this up two days ago (19 Dec) it appeared in my account as 'payable. I cashed it in immediately as I have no wish for it to disappear again. PS: In June the cashback was £35.00

	Do NOT purchase this product expecting cashback. I have been waiting since 2 June 12, over 6 months for cashback. I have lodged a claim but I am not holding my breath. Having paid in one annual fee, rather than monthly, there is no excuse for their faliure to honour their commitment. Very disappointing.

	Like a lot of people, I bought Home Insurance through LV then after a few months they declined it. Topcashback don't give an explanation for this which is poor service for their customers, but they have raised a claim although having read the other comments I won't hold my breath about recieveing my money

	I was originally refused cashback for this service even though I went thru them for my house insurance, which is almost up for renewal so gives you an idea how long I have chased this for. I had to do a lot of work to get the cashback I was due, but eventually it has been resolved.

	anwarbiggy yr very lucky... been chasing my cashback for over a year, nearly 2 and just had reply saying I used another cashback company!!!! Rip off... DON'T USE!!!

	Like many others I too have fallen prey to the £20 scam being reduced to zero after 100 days. My replies from cashback I feel have been less than satisfactory and think that they should be more active in chasing these many claims by everyone. I now have had to contact LV customer services myself where they told me they have nothing to do with TopCashBack and claim to not even have heard of them!! LV were the cheapest quote I got but will not be renewing with them if this is not resolved correctly. I think my next port of call will be ASA as i feel that most of us have been duped by false promises.

	Don’t rely on cashback! LV state they cannot find policy number or email to match my claim which I did through topcash compare. I have screenshots of policy no and time and date credit card payment of the order placed through topcash compare! So they are lying ! Do not rely on cashback! I was due £33.00 I will not use this company again, even though I have had many policies with them over the years!
