Second year in a row I have been scammed by this merchant they have not intention of honoring genuine cashback claims I would avoid like the plague. Needless to say they will not be getting my custom next year

Very competitive home insurance. Initially tracked at incorrect amount but with the help of TCB all was sorted out and payment finally came through today. Very happy with company and cashback.

Getting cashback from LV has now become a lot more difficult. I have just taken out my home insurance with LV and wondered why cashback was not showing. I did the same as last year, checked comparison sites for prices then matched these with cashback from the different companies. LV although not the cheapest was a good price and with the reliable cashback I decided to stay with LV. I have been with them for many years and do not continue but take out a new policy for the cashback. Habit in this case was not a good idea because if I had read the new terms, I would have realised that just by using a comparision site I lost any chance of getting cashback. So just be aware if LV give you a quote in any form before buying through TCB you will not get cashback.

My rating for any insurance product purchased is Very Poor results. Have been waiting since April 2015 for this cashback in spite of the fact that LV is supposed to be a "fast Payer" Absolute joke...if they are fast I'd hate to purchase from a slow one.

L&V offer an excellent home insurance policy at very competitive prices, the cashback is an added bonus. Tracked promptly and pay out was in the time frame initially quoted. I hope that they will be able to give me a competitive car quote later this year.
