Cashback is stated at a certain amount, you enter into a transaction in good faith then LV subsequently decides it is going to pay it a lower rate. You raise a claim and some months down the line you are told 'tough luck, they can do want they want'. I don't suppose they particularly need my custom and they won't be getting it in future.

Fake offer. Promises £47, then tracks at £16. No one will look at my claim for 60 days, by then it will be too late. No customer service, very unhappy.

Despite buying "Home insurance - combined" with £33 cashback they only paid me cashback of £15 for "Home insurance - Building OR Contents". Case opened Jan'19 & LV are ignoring my claim.

This is the second time I have bought from bought from LVand both times they haven’t paid the amount that was originally quoted as cash back. They are paying half the amount so it hasn’t EE.

Declined a valid cashback more than 100 days after purchase so I can't challenge the decline. Disappointed as it took a huge amount of time just to get to the confirmed stage. Will be shopping around next time.

Cash back did not track. When i raised a claim LV claimed I was already a customer and that I was renewing a policy. This is inaccurate. Do not use!

I had their home insurance in 2017. The purchase didn't track; it took them months to acknowledge a cash back was owing; when acknowledged it was a few £ short of what had been offered. I think it took around nine months from original transaction to payable (if reduced!) cashback.
