Lorenzo Fluxa created Camper due to a demand for a new and fresh style of footwear. A unique brand full of diversity and contrast was created, and it’s now admired across the globe.

In 1877, Lorenzo’s grandfather, Antonio Fluxa — a skilled cobbler — travelled from Majorca to England and returned with the island’s first sewing machines, as well as a spirit of innovation. Camper shoes are still designed and developed in Inca, in the rural heart of Majorca, to this day.

A young creative team works alongside artisans to create around 500 models each season. With the brand now in its fourth generation, Camper’s influence has travelled around the globe and they have stores in more than 40 countries.

They developed TWINS, an irregular choice of shoes where the right is different from the left. Runner was their first step into the world of sport. Showcasing the latest in footwear design innovation, this urban trainer is reimagined each season in new colours and materials. Wabi features an eco-friendly design inspired by Japanese minimalism, and this became the foundation for Peu — another Camper classic.
