Still do not understand why they initially declined Cashback, then after raising a claim they agreed . All very frustrating and time consuming, makes me wary of using this merchant again.

was tracking for ages and the got declined despite me still being insured with them. I submitted a Claim which, 3 MONTH LATER, has not been dealt with by LV. Don't waste your cashback, go somewhere else

Took 9 months to pay cashback having declined without giving a reason. Took the intervention of TC admin to force them to pay out what was owed. The worst company by far I have personally experienced on this site.
