Does not track correctly and then very slow to pay out once it did track. Still have an older cashback from this merchant in pending mode since early Sept 2018 - 5 months when it should have been paid out in 3 months. Poor service from a cashback point of view

Declined a valid cashback more than 100 days after purchase so I can't challenge the decline. Disappointed as it took a huge amount of time just to get to the confirmed stage. Will be shopping around next time.

Cash back did not track. When i raised a claim LV claimed I was already a customer and that I was renewing a policy. This is inaccurate. Do not use!

I had their home insurance in 2017. The purchase didn't track; it took them months to acknowledge a cash back was owing; when acknowledged it was a few £ short of what had been offered. I think it took around nine months from original transaction to payable (if reduced!) cashback.

Lots of problems trying to get the application form on the website to load properly, but a great price. No idea if the cashback will have tracked as I had to keep refreshing the LV webpage in order to get on to the next page.
