Cashback exclusions and terms

Terms
  • Cashback is for new Homeprotect customers only, and only one cashback payment is allowed per UK address every 12 months.
  • You must click through from TopCashback and get a quote online in the same session. Sales completed over the phone do not qualify.
  • The quote must be generated by clicking through from TopCashback’s website to Homeprotect. Quotes created on other websites, including comparison sites, cashback comparison tools, or directly on Homeprotect.co.uk are not eligible. Retrieved quotes generated previously are not eligible for cashback.
  • You must purchase within 45 days of generating the quote, and previously retrieved quotes are not eligible.
  • A quote may track initially, but Homeprotect will verify the final source of the sale and can refuse cashback if it did not complete via TopCashback.
  • Your policy must stay active for at least 90 days with payments up to date and a valid Direct Debit.
  • If you cancel within 90 days, cashback is not paid.
  • You may cancel within 14 days with no cancellation fees, but this will void cashback eligibility.
  • Cashback is calculated on the item price only, excluding VAT, delivery, and any additional fees.
  • If cashback does not track, you must submit a Missing Cashback claim within 100 days. Homeprotect cannot accept claims submitted more than 8 weeks after the transaction date. Keep your quote reference.
  • Cashback cannot be used with other offers, and Homeprotect may withdraw or change the offer at any time.
  • Cashback may be denied or reclaimed if fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Homeprotect can withdraw or change this offer anytime.
