  • Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.
  • Fraud prevention - Cashback may be denied or reclaimed if fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • This cashback offer can’t be used with other offers.
  • Your policy must be live for at least 90 days in order to qualify for cashback; any cancelled policies within this period will not be eligible for cashback.
  • Cancellations - If you cancel within 90 days, cashback is not paid. If you cancel within 12 months, Homeprotect may reclaim cashback and charge admin fees.
  • Homeprotect will be unable to accept cash back claims made after 8 weeks after the transaction date. Please keep your quote reference in case you need to raise a cashback claim but note that it will have to be within 8 weeks of purchasing
  • To get cashback, you must keep your payments up to date, and your Direct Debit must be valid. If you cancel the policy within 12 months, Homeprotect can take back the cashback and charge admin fees. If you pay monthly and the cashback is more than any refund you're owed, you may need to pay back the extra.
