Even though this transaction took place on the 5th january 2010, LV have not confirmed the cash back they offerred. Are these people worth dealing with?
Can somone help to restore my credability with this organisation.

I took out combined buildings and contents insurance with LV and expected to see £30 in pending. Instead it is showing £0.00. Had a bit of bother with their site - saved the quote and when I went to buy the insurance it said "no record of you" and I had to key in all the info again which meant a waste of time. Now no cashback showing so I feel very let down.

The cheapest company I could find for House / Contents insurance. cash back suddenly shot from pending to payable, so it seems that you will get it even if you have to wait for a while

This is the fifth time I have bought insurance (car + home) from LV. This time, tracked quickly as usual but at £0! Seems this is happening too often for comfort! Great pity as I am very pleased with the prices and cover and the cashback is great-if you can get it!
