bad feeling about this, cashback was shown as confirmed for 2 months, then on the day it moved to payable it went to zero!

Cheapest quote to start with - the cashback just made it even cheaper. Showing as 'PENDING' the next day, lets hope there are no problems with it becoming payable.

Took out single Treval Insurance in June. Tracked as 0.00 pretty quickly. This has now moved to 0.00 Payable. Submitted manual claim a 6 weeks ago but still no joy. Expect to have to do a manual claim if you use this company !

Was slightly worried me at first, was that the tranasction tracked after a week, with the £10 pending, but yet there was no purchase amount recorded! However after 8 weeks, it went from pending straight to payable! I've always trusted LV with my travel insurance, and for the price for me and daughter, plus the cashback, all is good! Would recommend.

Made the mistake of going for Pet Insurance with this retailer as cashback was offered. When it came to the crunch no payment was authorised at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever, nor will I purchase any product of theirs again!!! If they don't honour a cashback agreement, what kind of service can one expect when an insurance issue comes up????

£5 single trip travel insurance cashback tracked very quickly when I took out policy on 14 July, but still showing as pending two and a half months later. Trip was completed before end of July too.
