Tracked within 24 hours. Site was easy to navigate and the chat facility was great. Helped me answer a few difficulut questions when filling in the form. One problem, I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the policy set up but the lady on the "chat facility" was able to give me the policy number whilst I was on the website - that was great service and reassuring. Would use again. Very competitive quote.
