what a waste of time - tracked fine but when the money finally became payable 4 months later the amount was changed to £0.00
Because it was over 100 days old i was unable to submit a missing claims commission.
They were happy to take my money for insurance but not so happy to pay out!

Purchased Insurance on 4th April, cashback came through as pending very quickly but not payable until 30th June, will let you know if this is paid then although I'm pretty sure that it was originally payable at the beginning of June but that may just be my memory playing tricks. Also original cashback payable was shown as higher than it is now pending i.e. LV reduced it by £5, but I think they said too much in the first place.

This is my first time using Topcashback, and therefore my only observation is that I purchased House & Contents Insurance on the 16th March and the cashback is still Pending today (10th June) Is this normall or am I just being impatient ?

I made a purchase on 11th March. It is now 9th June and the transaction is still showing as pending with an expected payment date of 31st May!
