Order placd 13th March, nudge sent 23rd March and advised on 1st June that transaction has been allocated to my account although it is still showing as 'pending'. I suppose that LV have reacted in a timely manner.

The LV site was easy to use and no complications. I however do not seem to have been paid the outstanding £80. Having bought building and and contents I thought this would have gone through by now. My cashback account says it is there but when I went to claim it it says there is nothing outstanding!

Cashback tracked quickly. Good insurer, used them last year and unfortunately had to claim, they were really helpful and quick at sorting everything out.

I had received a quote for my buildings cover from my last Insurer which was about £80 more than LV. I then received a further £40 cash back when taking out the new policy, so I was very pleased to be saving £120 in total.

Tracked well. Not so happy with this insurer as they took ages to send the documents to me by post and don't email any policy.
Cashback is still pending after about 4 months, but a lot of these cashbacks take ages to come through so I don't expect much better.

Hubby bought car insurance in March - saved lots on his renewal rate. Tracked almost immediately, but status is still listed as Pending, although it suggests the Payable date is 31st May!
We're not overly optimistic!
