I bought my car insurance for 2009/10 from LV= over a month ago and they got paid for the deposit immediately.
They have now also been paid for the first (of 9) monthly instalments.
Fair enough - that's what I agreed to!
But, bearing in mind the sort of company LV= is and also the kind of adverts they run in the UK media, can someone please explain to me how it takes such a high-profile company over a month to confirm a Cashback of £40?

Quote was £60 cheaper than my renewal with Swinton. £40 cashback tracked next day. Documents came through in less than a week. Excellent so far.

Not very impressed at all- tracked quickly to start with, but has been pending since 12th February 2009. It's meant to be due in 13 days and hasn't even been confirmed yet.
