Only gave me £20 instead of the £40 promised. Better than nothing as the insurance was still the cheapest quote anyway. Disappointing though.

Straightforward transaction and cashback appeared immediately. It didn't give me as low a quote as I found on Moneysupermarket but with cash back was better value. Had to speak to help desk as got house number wrong and it was answered quickly by a UK person.

this retailer is poor on customer service. The start date was wrong and tried to change it, was told six different things before i stopped all transaction and demanded my refund under the 14day moneyback. Got that but beware of them
