	Undeniably a great merchant with good customer service, BUT their cash back leaves a lot to be desired. Despite doing everything correctly I have never received anything on two transactions, one dating back to December 2013. Needs to be improved!

	Took about 5 months after a manual submission and still a no go. Thankfully topcashback honoured the cashback. Wont be purchasing from them again.

	Am I the only user who's had problems? Still waiting for cashback from a year ago, never had a claim track faster than 2 months. Love the retailer so cashback is a bonus, but still, look after your customers...

	Ordered with this merchant twice now and cashback wasn't tracked either time. Waiting for about a year for one and I'm doubtful for the other. Wont be using again

	Absolutely terrible experience. Chased and chased, but no payment, eventually Topcashback made a goodwill gesture themselves. Thank you. DO NOT expect cashback if using Love Honey!

	TopCashback payout I placed 2 separate orders and declined on both for cash back of just over £18, tcb member over 10 years so I’m fully aware of the tracking process, how kind of Lovehoney.

	No cashback on £120+ spend - rubbish! They refused payout but I know topcashback were the referral route as I've done this many times before but on smaller spends. Suspicious that they decline when it's a bigger spent.

	payout consistently declined I've used this merchant on at least three occasions over the years. Different computers, all with adblocks etc disabled and working with other merchants. I always get cashback declined with the reason that Lovehoney couldn't confirm i clicked through topcashback. Hope others have more luck!

	I didn’t even want to give 1 star! LoveHoney offer some great cash back offers, but don’t always track or pay! £64.98 order placed with the cash back offer, but didn’t get a penny and they conned me out of cash back for no reason!
