Voucher code for £20 off didnt work! The tracked amount bore no resemblence to the spent amount even when taking VAT into account it was appoximately half the advertised rate of 19% for new customer. Im going to reject the delivery unless TCB fix this fast

Refused to stand by offer with voucher codes and told me to come back and take it up with Topcashback! I emailed them a screen shot of their offer which they said did not exsist, to which they did not respond! great customer service guys!!!

This is now the second time cash back has been refused by lovehoney in the last six months. Used to be so reliable but not any longer. In my experience they are more expensive than most places and it is only the cash back that equals things out. Think I'll shop elsewhere in future. Shame as they used to be so good.

This will be my first review of a merchant for 'Top Cash Back' and it will be a bad one for Love Honey.
I made a purchase back in October 2010 and as of yet I have not received my cash back.
So in short I would not reccomend this merchant if your expecting some cash back, as you will not get it.
The products ordered were of a high quality though, so I happy in that sense.

After seeking cashback on a £95 purchase, this merchant has refused cashback payment. No reason was given, but I am highly disappointed. I'll shop elsewhere in the future.

Lovehoney did not pass on the cashback promised - instead they said that the cashback had been sent to a different agent but they would not disclose details of the agent - Absolute rubbish! Thoroughly unreliable company.
